Jane has absolutely went above and beyond when it came to securing my new home before it was even built. As someone who is running a company, I am extremely limited on time and finding someone with expertise is the key to efficiency. Jane has allowed me to have have more time with my dogs and my girlfriend Roxie by continuously updating me on the status of the build, the contract that is being offered, and making sure I have the best deal on my end. The only thing I regret is not writing this review any sooner. Full transparency, she always sends out a weekly real estate update via email that is packed full of information on the market trends. The greatest part about the email: she isn't telling you the generic story that if you do not buy a house now, you will miss a once in a lifetime opportunity. (Full disclosure, I bought the house back on March 1st and have now gotten to leaving a review. Every time I see her email, it's always between a lunch break at work and tell myself I will do it when I get home but I forget.) Have Jane in your corner as your real estate agent, you won't regret it!

I chose Jane as my realtor after interviewing several others. She made every effort to make a great first impression and that same effort continued through the entire process! She was incredibly helpful in knowing just who my likely buyers were and how to best prepare and market the home. I repeatedly called on her for advice and recommendations and her responses were always quick and thorough. Jane Gray is an awesome Realtor and person. She worked with me to make sure I got the most for my house and guided me on what repairs, painting, etc were necessary to get my house sold. Jane was always prompt in responding to my emails and/or text. At some point I plan on moving to Oregon with my sister & niece. Jane has offered to check with her contacts there for someone to help us find a home there. We will also ask Jane to sell my niece’s home when she’s ready. Let me start by saying that I never give reviews. However, Jane is such an incredible Real Estate Agent, I feel compelled to provide a review. She made buying a home the best experience we've ever had. She partnered well with the lender and we honestly felt like VIPs everytime we met. I can't express the gratitude my family has toward Jane. She went out of her way to provide the best service and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She never gave up on us. I remember walking in her office for the first time, not having a clue what I was getting my family into. She knew our credit wasn't ready for purchasing a home but she didn't turn her back on us.
